Service Description

In this gentle class we use the support of cushions, blankets and bolsters to ease our minds and bodies into restorative postures. This class is fantastic for anyone who has the goal of letting go and slowing down.

Cancellation Policy

A valid credit card and deposit are required to hold appointments at Blue Zen. We ask that you provide us with a minimum of 48 hours advanced notice in order to cancel or reschedule appointments. Notified cancellations/reschedules within 48 hours result in a 50% charge. If you fail to notify us and choose to no-show your appointment, it will result in a 100% charge.
